Our Total Quality Policy is based on best practices, as recognized by our ISO9001:2015 Certification. Our Total Quality Policy is a formal declaration from management, closely linked to our business plan and to our customer’s needs. It is understood and followed at all levels, by all employees, with each employee working towards measurable results
The quality system is regularly audited and evaluated for effectiveness
Records show how and where raw materials were processed, allowing products and problems to be traced as necessary
Customer requirements dictate all levels of communication and communication procedures are regularly evaluated and updated
New products and procedures undergo regular performance reviews, relative to the highest standards of performance
Business performance is regularly audited and the quality system is updated accordingly

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
All Butler Tool employees shall conduct themselves in a manner that safeguards health, protects the environment, and conserves valuable resources. Our operations, processes, and actions are guided by this policy, which includes:
• Maintaining a workplace as free of environmental, health, and safety hazards as operationally feasible.
• Safeguarding employees and the community from exposure to health hazards.
• Identifying and controlling environmental, health, and safety hazards related to our operations and processes.
• Reducing waste and pollutants, conserving resources, minimizing the use of hazardous materials, and recycling materials at every stage of operations.
• Implementing procedures and programs to assure that laws and regulations governing our operations are known and obeyed.
• Pursuing vigorously development and implementation of manufacturing technologies that minimize pollutant emissions.
• Continually assessing the impact of our plant and processes on the environment and the community in which we operate with a goal of continuous improvement.

Managers have the added obligation to be informed about environmental, health, and safety risks so they can operate safe and environmentally sound facilities, produce quality products, and initiate appropriate action to remedy any adverse condition that comes to their attention.
